Make a Difference

Even the smallest contribution can change lives. One less cup of coffee for you can mean a whole world to these children.

Binga Digital 2040
Born out of the marathon’s spirit of empowerment, Binga Digital 2040 is a bold commitment:To ensure every student in Binga has access to computer literacy and digital tools by the year 2040.This means building solar-powered computer labs in schools and communities, especially for children who walk up to 30 km daily just to learn under a tree. These hubs will equip Binga’s youth to participate in the Fourth Industrial Revolution — ensuring that no one is left behind.

Our mission is clear: to bridge the digital divide and ensure that every child, regardless of background or location, has access to technology, education, and a brighter future.

Vision

To ensure that by the year 2040, more than 100,000 people in Binga District — including students, youth, and adult community members — have knowledge of, access to, and meaningful participation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Why Binga, Why Now?
Binga, in Zimbabwe’s Matabeleland North, is deeply underserved and overlooked. Despite rich culture and resilient people, it faces major inequalities in education, infrastructure, and economic opportunities. Many schools lack basic facilities, and children travel far for makeshift classrooms. Economic mobility is scarce for youth and adults. Addressing these urgent challenges now is crucial to unlocking Binga’s potential and improving lives.
